Requirements to use: Lammie or Loresheet.

The character has Spell Reduction (1) when creating Sigils or High Sigils. This skill can only be used or purchased if the character has an applicable lammie or loresheet that allows it.

Warlock Loresheet

Warlocks automatically gain the Sigil Spell Reduction (1) Occupational Skill.
